District Court is located on the first floor of the Bi State Justice Building at 100 N. Stateline, Texarkana, AR

District Court holds arraignment court for Criminal and Traffic Tickets on the first and third Tuesday and the second and fourth Thursday of each month at 9am.

Civil and Small Claims court is held on the second Friday of every month.

We accept Civil and Small Claims filings on Monday and Wednesday.

Hours of operation are Monday through Friday 8 am to 5 pm.
