The Refuse Division is responsible for the safe, efficient, and environmentally responsible collection and disposal of solid waste throughout the city. Its primary purpose is to maintain public health and cleanliness by providing regular residential and commercial trash pickup, recycling services, bulk waste collection, and seasonal cleanup programs.
